Our tastefully furnished Cardinal Landing cabin is unique because of its location in the gated and gorgeous Torreon Golf Community. We are situated off the main road and back up to the forest instead of the street. Here you will find every comfort and convenience needed to either escape the heat, ski at nearby Sunrise Ski Slopes, or just hang out with family or friends.

The optional Torreon guest pass allows access to the pool (in season), family center and workout room. There is so much to do within the Torreon community for all ages! The clubhouse has a fabulous restaurant and bar which is open to all. Be sure to check out special events happening throughout the year.

The cabin has a split floor plan featuring a King Master with TV, a Queen bedded 2nd bedroom and a kid-friendly 3rd bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. The Great Room has a fireplace, large sofa, loveseat, recliner and plenty of space to gather around the large dining table. The kitchen includes everything you need, including a Keurig coffee brewer, ice maker on refrigerator, ample cookware and utensils, and a breakfast bar with 2 stools.

Outside, however, is where the magic happens. Step out from either the great room or the master onto the Oversized deck with gas grill and cozy seating. This will be your favorite spot – the perfect place to unwind, read a book, sip some coffee or wine, watch your children run through the trees, or simply breathe the mountain air. Who knows! You might even see some deer, wild turkeys or even wild horses wander through. Or, if you prefer, the front porch has two cozy Adirondack chairs for a different view. I promise you won’t want to leave!

We are retired grandparents who absolutely love Torreon! Though we currently reside in Scottsdale, we have roots in Minnesota and a history with U of M football. When we can’t get to our beautiful cabin it’s our pleasure to make it available for rent so others can find this special place.

Why Carole Perfetti chose Torreon

We built a cabin in Torreon some years ago and, though it is no longer in the family, we longed for the wonderful memories we made there. We had been waiting for just the right property to become available for purchase and this is it! It was important to us to be away from the busy roads, to back up onto some woods, and to be in a gated community.

What makes this Cabin unique

Loved the location of this place. Set in the forest it was very peaceful. The house itself was beautifully furnished – even the dishes were very classy! We loved sitting out on the deck in the morning enjoying our coffee and listening to the birds.
